Terms of exchange and return:
- If the customer wants to exchange the product without a defect in the product and the perfume has not been opened, the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs and return fees.
- In the event that the order has been shipped to the customer and he wants to cancel the order and refund the amount, the shipping and return fees will be calculated and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer’s account after receiving the shipment from the shipping company within a maximum period of 7 working days.
- If the item is defective or does not match the website deion, you have the right to replace it and the company will bear the shipping fees.
- Orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not returnable or exchangeable.
